i work from life
my favorite days are spent exploring the world around me & capturing it on paper. my drawings & figure work iterate what i see before me; i govern those peices with a distinct motive. my paintings & mixed media work is more interpretive; i approach my canvases with an idea but listen to what the work is trying to be.
